This holiday season The Portola Hotel, California State Parks, Café Fina, Domenico’s on the Wharf, and Magic Ice USA, will be sponsoring “Ice Skating by the Bay,” an ice skating rink that will be located in the Custom House Plaza behind the Portola Hotel & Spa. This type of event really brings families out into our  community and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is beneficial to everyone.

In order to have ice skating here in Monterey, we need support from our local community to get up and running. We would very much appreciate a donation from your local business to aid us in doing this. In return, your business would receive a 2ft x 4ft banner/sticker with your logo that will be placed around the ice skating rink and Free Admission passes to keep for yourself or give to clients, family and friends. The rink will be open daily from November 18, 2011 - January 8, 2012, including all holidays, and weather permitting.
